FAQs
Can I upgrade my Incogni subscription purchased as a part of a Surfshark/NordVPN/Coveron (previously NordProtect) bundle?
If you’ve purchased Incogni as part of a bundle from one of our partners (NordVPN, Coveron or Surfshark), upgrading your plan is not yet available.
If I upgrade to Incogni Family or Unlimited, when will my new upgraded subscription expire?
When you upgrade to Family or Unlimited, your subscription keeps the same expiration date. You’ll pay only the difference for the remaining time and get immediate access to new features. At renewal, you’ll be charged the full price for the upgraded plan, and your subscription will extend for a full cycle.
How much will I pay if I have a Standard plan and upgrade to Incogni Family or Unlimited?
When upgrading from Standard to Family or Unlimited, you only pay the prorated difference for the time left on your current plan. Your features unlock right away, your expiration date stays the same, and at renewal you’ll pay the full price of your new plan.
If I upgrade my Incogni subscription, can I still use the 30-day money-back guarantee?
Yes, upgrades are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. The 30 days start from your most recent upgrade. Keep in mind that you can refund the upgrade alone or both the original and upgraded plans together, but not just the base plan. After 30 days, neither the original nor upgraded plan is refundable.
