This guide will explain how to get the Incogni Family or Family Unlimited. A Family plan allows you to extend the benefits of data removal to up to four additional people (ages 18+).
If you are new to Incogni and don't have an existing subscription, you can subscribe directly to the Family or Family Unlimited plan. If you already have a Standard or Unlimited Incogni plan, you can upgrade to the Family or Family Unlimited option.
How to subscribe to the Incogni Family plan as a new user
Follow these steps to subscribe to the Family plan:
- Go to the Incogni pricing page.
- Select either the Family or Family Unlimited plan:
You can also toggle whether you'd like to be billed monthly or annually by toggling the switch at the top left of the screen: - Proceed further with the onboarding process. Learn more about getting started with Incogni.
How to upgrade to the Incogni Family plan as an existing Incogni user
Here's how to upgrade to Family subscription if you already have a Standard or Unlimited plan:
- Log into your Incogni account.
- Click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner:
- Select profile:
- Go to subscriptions & plan tab:
- Click on options:
- Select change subscription:
- Select the plan you'd like to upgrade to (Family or Family Unlimited) and press on upgrade:
- You will see the total upgrade cost and the billing period. If you wish to proceed, click subscribe now:
Note: when you upgrade, you will only be charged the difference in price between your current subscription and the new plan.
If you’ve purchased Incogni as part of a bundle from one of our partners (NordVPN or Surfshark), the option to upgrade to a Family plan is not available yet.
