The process of linking your account depends on whether you're a new user or an existing user.
If you're a new user and you've subscribed to Incogni using another service:
- Open your inbox, and look for an email from Incogni with the subject line "Welcome to Incogni." Once there, click get started.
If you're unable to see the email, check your spam and junk folders. - Follow the registration steps to create your Incogni account. This should link your subscription to your new Incogni account.
If you're an existing user, your Incogni subscription will be extended automatically. You will receive the following information via email:
