In this article, we'll guide you through the process of disabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Incogni account. Although it is highly unrecommended, as 2FA highly increases your account's security, you can remove it.
How to disable 2FA from your Incogni account

Log into your Incogni account:

Once logged in, click your email address in the upper-right corner on desktop, or tap the profile icon on mobile:

Select "Profile":

Select the “Two-factor authentication” tab in the menu on the left:

Click "Disable 2FA":

To proceed, you will have to enter a 2FA verification code one last time:

That's it. 2FA is now disabled on your account. You will also be notified about this change via email:
