Yes, it’s possible to change the email address used for data removal. This is the email address that will allow data brokers to identify you once we send a removal request to them on your behalf. Be sure to use the email address you use most frequently for best results.
To change the email address used for data removal, follow these steps:

Log into your Incogni account.

Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Profile.

Select the Personal information & address tab and click on the pencil icon next to your email address to edit it.

Edit your email address and click Save.

Click Apply changes at the bottom of the page.

Check your inbox, open the verification email sent by Incogni, and click Verify email.

Once confirmed, you will see Verified written in green next to your new email address.

You can also add two more additional email addresses to be used for data removal by pressing Add email address.
If you haven't received the verification email, you can have it resent. To do this, click Resend email under your new email.
