Yes, it’s possible to change the email address used for data removal. This is the email address that will allow data brokers to identify you once we send a removal request to them on your behalf. Be sure to use the email address you use most frequently for best results.
To change the email address used for data removal:
- Log in to your Incogni account as usual.
- Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner, and a drop-down menu will appear.
- Select "profile."

Click "personal & address information" from the menu on the left.

Click the pencil button next to your email address to edit it.
- Edit your email address and click "save."
- Click "apply changes" at the end of this page.
- Check your inbox, open the verification email, and click "verify your email address."
- Once confirmed, you will see "verified" written in green next to your new email address.
If you haven't received the verification email, you can request another one. To do this, click "resend email" under your new email address.
