You can update the email address used for your data removal requests at any time. This email is what data brokers use to identify you, so for the best results, ensure it's the one you use most frequently.
Here's how to change the email address used for data removal:

Log in to your Incogni account:

Once logged in, click your email address in the upper-right corner on desktop, or tap the profile icon on mobile:

Click "Profile":

Select the “My information” tab in the menu on the left:

Click on the pencil icon next to your email address to edit it:

Edit your email address and click "Save":

Click "Apply changes" at the bottom of the page:

Check your inbox, open the verification email sent by Incogni, and click "Verify email":

Once confirmed, you will see "Verified" written in green next to your new email address:

You can also add two more additional email addresses to be used for data removal by pressing "Add email address":

If you haven't received the verification email, you can have it resent. To do this, click "Resend email" under your new email:
NOTE: After updating your primary profile information, you will be prompted to sign a new authorization form. Please check for a prompt at the top of the page to complete this step:
You can also navigate to the Authorization tab to sign the form directly.
