As the Family plan admin, you have complete control over managing your plan's members. If you need to remove someone to make space for a new member this article will guide you through the process.
How to remove a member
To remove someone from your Family or Family Unlimited plan, please contact our Customer Support team, and they'll assist you.
What happens next
After the member is removed, a 30-day waiting period applies before you can add someone new. Once this period is over, an empty slot will appear under the "Family plan" tab in your Incogni profile, allowing you to invite a new person. Learn more about how to invite people to your Family plan.
