If you bought your Incogni subscription on the Incogni website, you can update your payment details directly in your profile.
Follow these steps to update your payment information

Log into your Incogni account.

Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner, and select Profile.

From the menu on the left, select Subscriptions & plan. You’ll see your account status and your subscription’s validity. To make changes, click on Options.
- Click Update payment details and make the desired changes.
If you’ve purchased Incogni as part of a bundle from one of our partners (e.g., Surfshark or NordVPN), you can update payment details directly in your Surfshark or NordVPN account profile.
