If you bought your subscription on the Incogni website, you can update your payment details directly in your profile. To do this:
- Log in to your Incogni account.
- Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select “profile” from the drop-down menu.
- From the menu on the left, select “subscription & plan.”
- You’ll see your account status and your subscription’s validity.
- Click “update payment details” on the right-hand side.
If you’ve purchased Incogni as part of a bundle from one of our partners (e.g., Surfshark or NordVPN), you can update payment details directly in your Surfshark or NordVPN account profile.
