If you bought your Incogni subscription on the Incogni website, you can update your payment details directly in your profile. Here's how:

Log in to your Incogni account:

Once logged in, click your email address in the upper-right corner on desktop, or tap the profile icon on mobile:

Select "Profile":

From the menu on the left, select "Subscriptions & billing":

You’ll see your account and your subscription’s status. To make changes, click "Manage":

Select "Update payment details" from the drop-down menu and make the desired changes:
If you’ve purchased Incogni as part of a bundle from one of our partners (e.g., Surfshark, NordVPN, or Coveron (previously NordProtect)), you can update payment details directly in your Surfshark, NordVPN, or Coveron account profile.
