In the event that you would like to send a screenshot to our support team via live chat, follow these steps

Log in to your Incogni account and select the chat icon located in the bottom-right side:

Enter your name in the field, then click the adjacent arrow to submit:

Once the chat starts, click on the + button:

Click the "Image" button:
- Select an image from your device.
- This will send the image to the live chat. After you send the screenshot, our customer success agent will look into your issue and help you solve it.
Note: In case the upload fails, make sure to disconnect from any VPN you are currently connected to and try attaching the screenshot again.
