A HAR (HTTP Archive) file records network activity between your browser and a website. Support teams use HAR files to diagnose issues such as login errors, loading problems, API failures, and performance issues.
To create a HAR file, you’ll need to open the Network tab in your browser, reproduce the issue you’re experiencing, and then export the HAR file to send to Customer Support for further investigation.
