Reset password without account access

1. Head to the Incogni login page and click "I forgot my password":
   
   
    
2. Enter your registered email address and click "Reset password":
   
   
    
3. Check your inbox for the email from Incogni.
4. Click "Reset password":
   
   
    
5. Enter a new password and click "Reset password & Log in":
   
   
    
6. If you have authentication set up, you will need to enter the 6-digit code from your authentication app:
   
   

Change Incogni password while logged in

1. Click on your email on the top-right:
   
   
    
2. Select "Profile":
   
   
    
3. Click "Change Password" on the left sidebar:
   
   
    
4. Enter your current password, new password, repeat your new password and click "Apply Changes":
   
   

Password recommendations

When creating a new password, ensure it meets the following security standards:

• Length: Minimum of 12 characters.
• Complexity: At least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
