How is Privacy Score calculated?
Your Privacy Score is based on three things: how many of your exposures have been cleared from data broker sites, how easily those exposures can be discovered by others, and how long Incogni has been working on your removals. As removals are confirmed and Incogni re-submits requests when re-listing is detected, your score rises over time. Your score may also fluctuate when our scanner finds new exposures or when new data brokers are added to our coverage. This is normal—it reflects the system actively working on your behalf.
How to get your Incogni Privacy Score

Log in to your Incogni account:

Once logged in, select the Privacy Score tab at the top of the page:

Click the See my privacy score button to generate your current score.

After a minute or so, you will see your Privacy Score and how it compares without Incogni and to the Incogni average.

Scroll down to see what is affecting your score. Additionally, click on the Select for removal button to review what removable exposures Incogni found and select the ones you want to remove.

Next, check which information was removed this month and click on the Go to Custom Removals button to request removal of your personal information from websites not covered by our standard list of automated removals.
