What are the exceptions to the money-back policy
Please be aware of the following exceptions and conditions to our refund policy:
- The 30-day money-back guarantee allows for one (1) refund per customer.
- A refund is not granted after the initial 30-day purchase period has passed. However, in exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may consider a refund beyond this period if you can clearly demonstrate that the Incogni Service you purchased was genuinely unavailable or unusable, and that you made reasonable attempts to contact us regarding the issue.
- We are unable to process refunds for Incogni Service subscriptions obtained through resellers other than Paddle. If you purchased your subscription via a different reseller, you will need to consult their specific refund procedures and request your refund directly from them.
- No refunds will be issued for accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
