There are situations where we find too many records matching your profile information and we need your help to verify which record belongs to you.
In order to do so, follow these steps:

Log into your Incogni account.
- Click on select profiles.
- In the list you see, select the best matches to your profile by clicking this is me next to them.
- If none of the profiles are a match, click skip selection.
- You can check on the progress via activity log in dashboard. Required to select profiles information will be visible in the activity log:
- You will be able to see updates in the activity log after the profiles are selected or skipped as described in steps 3 and 4 later completed.
