Your Incogni account uses two different email addresses: one for signing up and another for sending data removal requests.
Your sign-up email address
Once verified, your account email is permanent and cannot be changed. This email is your unique identifier for logging into Incogni.
- If your sign-up email is unverified you can still change it. Please contact our support team by clicking "Contact us" button below to do that.
- If your email is already verified, you will need to wait for your current subscription to expire and then create a new account with your preferred email address.
Your data removal email
You can easily change the email address that Incogni provides to data brokers. This is the email they use to identify your records and process our removal requests on your behalf.
