Unfortunately, you cannot change the email address you used to set up your Incogni account. Your sign-up email is tied to your account and cannot be changed. The only way to change it would be to open a new Incogni account (once the current account expires).
If your sign-up email hasn’t been verified, you can change your sign-up email. To do so, please contact support at support@incogni.com for assistance.
That said, you can change the email address that Incogni uses to remove your information from data brokers and people search sites. This email address will allow companies that hold your data to identify you once we send a removal request to them on your behalf.
To change the email address used for data removal, follow these steps:

Log into your Incogni account.
- Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Profile.
- Select the Personal information & address tab and click on the pencil icon next to your email address to edit it.
- Edit your email address and click Save.
- Click Apply changes at the bottom of the page.
- Check your inbox, open the verification email sent by Incogni, and click Verify email.
- Once confirmed, you will see Verified written in green next to your new email address.
- You can also add two more additional email addresses to be used for data removal by pressing Add email address.
If you haven't received the verification email, you can have it resent. To do this, click Resend email under your new email.
