To join the Family or Family Unlimited plan, the plan administrator needs to send you a unique invitation link. Once you've received the link, follow these steps to join the plan:

Open the invitation link shared with you:
NOTE: before you open the invitation link, please make sure you're logged out of any Incogni account:

To create a new Incogni account, enter your signup email address, create a password, and then click "Create account":
If you're an existing Incogni user and wish to join somebody's Family plan, select the "I have an account" option:

Next, if you're creating a new account, we'll ask you to verify the email address you entered in step 2. Please check your email inbox for a verification link. If you haven't received it, you can click "Resend email":

After verifying your email, you'll be automatically redirected back to the Incogni website. Please fill out your personal information and then click "Next":

Then, fill out your address details and click "Next":

Sign the authorization form and press "Next":

Before starting data removal, you'll see a prompt to review the personal information you've entered. Make sure everything is correct and then click "Start data removal":

You've successfully joined the Family plan. When you start a data removal, the number of requests sent will immediately appear on your Incogni dashboard:
