Paid Incogni services renew automatically at the end of each billing period, charging your selected payment method unless you cancel automatic payments before the renewal date. You have the right to cancel your account at any time, however, canceled accounts will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service period.
That said, if you cancel your account's automatic renewal, you can still use the account until the subscription expires. You can read more about our auto-renewal policy in our Terms of Service.
If you’d like to stop your recurring payments, reach out to our Customer Support team at support@incogni.com and they’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Alternatively, you can navigate to Subscription & plan tab in your Incogni profile and clicking Options on your currently active subscription.
Please note that if you've purchased your Incogni subscription via NordVPN or Surfshark, you'll have to reach out to our customer support team to cancel your subscription.
