Data brokers constantly buy and sell personal data online, often without consent. Services like Incogni fight back on your behalf. This guide makes starting easy, explaining how to purchase and set up your Incogni account.
Checkout
On our pricing page, select an Incogni subscription. The price will be adjusted according to the subscription period you choose. We offer Standard, Family, and Unlimited plans.
NOTE: We only charge in USD, EUR, CAD, and GBP. The currency used for a subscription will depend on the country or ZIP/postal code you enter. Additionally, VAT/sales tax is calculated according to your selected country.
Verification process

Once you purchase a subscription, you must confirm your email address:

Go to your inbox and look for an email from Incogni. Open it and click the "Verify your email address" button:
Create a password
Once you verify your email address, you’ll be redirected to the sign-up page where you can create your Incogni account password. When done, click the "Create account" button:
NOTE: The email you use to sign in to your Incogni account will be the same as the one you enter on the checkout page. Once you sign up, you cannot change your sign-in email address.
Personal information
You'll need to provide some personal information for us to start the data removal process.
- First name
- Middle name (if applicable)
- Last name
- Date of birth
Please enter your full name to find all matching records in data brokers’ databases. Click "Next" to move on to the address information:
Address information
- Enter your most recent full home address
- City
- ZIP/Postal code
- Country
- State (if applicable)
- If you enter a U.S. home address, you’ll also be required to provide a phone number
This is the minimum information required to make data removal requests on your behalf. Click "Next" to move on to the authorization form section:
Authorization form
Read the authorization form and double-check the information there. This form allows us to deal with data brokers on your behalf.
Once you’re done, enter your signature (either typing it or signing manually) in the following field and click "Next":
NOTE: After updating your primary profile information, you will be prompted to sign a new authorization form.
Information review
Review your information—if everything is correct, click the "Start data removal" button. If you need to make some adjustments, click "Edit or add more":
That's it, you’ve successfully purchased your Incogni subscription and set up your account. The data removal process has started, and you can monitor the progress on the Incogni dashboard.
