Checkout
On the Checkout page, you can choose your Incogni subscription period (Annual or Monthly - "Change plan"). Depending on the subscription period you choose, you will see the subscription price accordingly.
We only charge in USD, EUR, CAD, and GBP. The currency used to pay for a subscription will depend on the country, zip/postal code you insert. Additionally, there is VAT calculated according to your selected country.
Verification process
First, go to our email and verify it.
Email will have instructions how to verify it (click the button).
Registration process
By following the verification, you will be redirected to sign-up page. You'll need to insert your password.
Note, that an email will be the same as entered in Checkout. At the moment, you will not be able to change your email address after you sign up.
Afterward, select the "Create account" button.
Personal information
You'll need to provide your personal information:
- First name
- Middle name (if applicable)
- Surname
Please enter your full name to find all matching records on data broker systems.
Address information
- Home address: insert your most recent full address, including street name and apartment number.
- City
- Zip/Postal code
- Country. Please note that the currency used to pay for a subscription will depend on the country you choose in this step. We only charge in USD, EUR, CAD, and GBP.
- State (if applicable)
This is the minimum information required to make data removal requests on your behalf.
Click the "Next" button to move to the Authorization form section.
Authorization form
Read the Authorization form and double-check the information there so we'd start on the right track!
You'll see a place where you can insert your signature.
You can either type your name and surname for signature or sign manually with mouse but keep in mind that if the signature wouldn't look exactly the same as you're used to - no problem at all, it's definitely understandable.
Click the "Next" button to go to the Checkout.
Information review
Review your information and confirm that it is correct. If information is incorrect, click on "Edit details" to adjust it.
Click on "Start data removal" to confirm that information is correct and initiate data removals.
That's it, you have successfully registered and purchased your Incogni subscription - now the data removal process started and you can monitor the progress in the Incogni dashboard!
