How do Custom Removals work?

With Custom Removals, you can submit links to specific websites where your information is exposed, and our privacy experts will remove it for you. You can submit as many links as you like. Links will be processed in the order you submit them.

Here's how it works:

1. You submit a link for removal.
   Copy the entire link (URL) to where your personal information is exposed. Go to the Custom Removals tab in your Incogni dashboard, paste it there, and click "Submit" to start the process.
2. We review the link for eligibility.
   We need to make sure the link is valid and meets our guidelines.
3. Our team works on removing your personal information.
   Depending on the website, this may take up to 45 days.
4. Your removal request is completed, and personal info removed.
   You'll receive an email once we're done.
