To remove your personal information from a website, we need you to tell us the exact URL or link to the page where your information is exposed. We won't be able to find it with just the domain name (e.g., www.realtor.com). Instead, we need the entire path leading to the exact place where your information appears, even if it's very long.
Here's how to submit a link for Custom Removals:
- Go to the website from which you want to remove your information.
- Right-click (or tap and hold on mobile) the address bar of your search engine and select the copy button from the menu.
-
Log in to your Incogni account and go to "Custom Removals."
-
Click or tap the "+ Submit a link for removal" button:
-
Next, right-click (or tap and hold) the field where it says "Enter the full web address here" and select "paste":
-
Click or tap the "submit":
To submit a custom removal request, you need to be an Incogni Unlimited subscriber or an Incogni Family Unlimited admin or member.
If you're already subscribed to Incogni and would like to upgrade to this plan, log into your Incogni dashboard and press "Custom Removals."
The banner will take you to a screen where you can select one of the two Incogni Unlimited plans.
If you are not a subscriber, go to Incogni's pricing page and select one of the Unlimited plans there.
